Your service request

The request form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit or save your entries on our server. You choose whether to send the message through your messaging app to The Foam Club, or copy it for later.

Messages and appointments

If you send a message, your messaging provider and The Foam Club process the information to respond and arrange service. Do not include payment card details or sensitive information. A request does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm an appointment.

Earlier inquiries

Information previously submitted through the website's saved-inquiry form may remain stored. To request correction or deletion, call (754) 704-2240.

Google reviews

When available, this site retrieves ratings and reviews from Google Maps. Review authors and original sources are linked. Google may receive technical requests when profile images load. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms.

Technical information and external services

Our hosting provider processes technical requests to deliver and protect the site. Google Fonts receives normal requests when fonts load. Instagram, Thumbtack and external scheduling services have their own privacy practices. Advertising and analytics trackers have not been configured.
